Driving directions:

From I-75 from the North or South:
Take exit #275 for SR 56 and Land O’Lakes
Travel east on SR 56 for approximately one mile until you reach the first traffic light.
Turn left at this traffic light onto Ancient Oaks Blvd. entering into the Seven Oaks community
As the road curves around you will see the entrance to Summergate Professional Center on the right.
Turn in, and we are immediately on the left hand side.

From Zephyrhills
SR-54 and turn onto FL-581/Bruce B. Downs Blvd.
Travel south on Bruce B. Downs approximately 3 miles until you reach a traffic light at the intersection of SR-56
Turn right and head west on SR-56
At the first traffic light, turn right onto Ancient Oaks Blvd. entering into the Seven Oaks community
As the road curves around you will see the entrance to Summergate Professional Center on the right.
Turn in, and we are immediately on the left hand side.

From New Tampa
Travel north on FL-581/Bruce B. Downs Blvd. to the traffic light at the intersection of SR-56
Turn left at the traffic light and head west on SR-56.
At the first traffic light, turn right onto Ancient Oaks Blvd. entering into the Seven Oaks community

Turn in, and we are immediately on the left hand side.

From Lutz and Points West
Travel east on SR-54 and merge onto SR-56
After crossing over I-75 you will travel east on SR 56 for approximately one mile until you reach the first traffic light.
Turn left at this traffic light onto Ancient Oaks Blvd. entering into the Seven Oaks community
As the road curves around you will see the entrance to Summergate Professional Center on the right.
Turn in, and we are immediately on the left hand side.
