"The staff of Advanced Audiology are both Professional and pleasant Dr. Sally is the best. She took her time and listened to my concerns with my hearing. I was tested several years ago and what I was experiencing with hearing loss was confirmed. That office did not sell the hearing aids and the person they had me speak with stated they could not guarantee I would be able to hear better. To add to that their aids were terribly expensive and they would not work with my insurance. Dr. Sally confirmed the same loss and discussed the choices of hearing aids with me. She also stated that unlike the previous person she would guarantee I would be able to hear better and I can, much better! I received my aids in 2 days. I was surprised at how comfortable they are, I really pay no attention to them at all. At my 2 week check again she listened to what I had learned the first 2 weeks of wearing them. Most of my questions had to do with the Bluetooth usage and my phone. Bluetooth and audio are still perhaps not the most stable technology but she offered a few suggestions on how we might improve it. She even remembered a client from 6 months ago with a similar issue and the same adjustments resolved his issues, I was impressed. I would highly recommend Advanced Audiology to anyone with a hearing issue."

The audiologist was excellent. She clearly explained every test and how the test evaluated my hearing. I found out so much about my hearing. At the end of my testing she had an outline of my issues. She explained sounds that I wasn’t hearing completely. I am now much more informed and comfortable with what is happening with my hearing. Everyone in the office was professional while caring.
