Behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aids offer some of the most flexible, adaptable, and powerful technology available. Custom earmolds are designed to fit your outer ear and ear canal comfortably for all-day wear, while open-canal earpieces help reduce the “plugged up” sensation that some users experience.
BTE devices house both the speaker and microphone inside a small case that rests on the ear, with sound delivered into the ear canal through acoustic tubing.
